Ian Norris, CIC is the principal shareholder of Sabal Insurance Group, Inc., a retail insurance brokerage headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Founded in 2005, Sabal offers a full suite of insurance products for businesses and individuals, including commercial property and liability coverages, surety bonding, employee benefits, and all forms of personal insurance.

Prior to founding Sabal, Mr. Norris was the Southeast Hub Executive for the NIA Group LLC and a Vice President and Shareholder of SEITLIN.

Mr. Norris has served on Professional Advisory Boards / Boards of Directors for numerous healthcare trade associations and entities, including Sunshine Caregivers, Inc. (Miami), AMSERV Healthcare (New Jersey), Star Multi Care Services, Inc. (New York), as well as on insurance carrier councils across the country. Mr. Norris graduated from New College of Florida and resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
