2022 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport Takes Hypercars to the Next Level

The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport is an average luxury car that falls in the center of the price spectrum. It is quicker because of its increased power over the standard Chiron, but it cannot quite match the Super Sport 300+’s 304.773 mph peak speed. This Super Sport drives like a big touring vehicle, like the Pur Sport from Bugatti. A GT with 1,578 horsepower.

The atmosphere is ideal for a relaxing ride along the seaside. In the front, you will see the iconic Bugatti horseshoe grille, along with LED headlights adorned with jewels and enormous openings in the bottoms to let in air. Attractive vents with nine holes on each side in groups of three may be seen above the front fenders. 

They are a nod to the EB 110 Super Sport, and they keep the car planted at speeds up to 250 miles per hour. Taking into account the price, the cabin is relatively small. There’s no fancy display or on-the-go conveniences. Instead of a traditional analog temperature gauge, the dashboard screen has a stack of four digital dials that can be customized to show information about the car’s climate or the driver’s performance.

At the base, you’ll find a toggle switch. There are audio controls and buttons for navigating the display cluster on the flat bottom of the steering wheel. Moreover, that is where you will find the home button and the various riding modes. It does not mind going with the flow of traffic, whether it’s doing 20 mph or 55 mph.

The classic horse collar Bugatti grille up front is flanked by jeweled LED headlights with massive intakes below. Attractive air vents with nine holes on each side in three sets can be found above the front fenders. Like the EB110 Super Sport before it, they are a throwback, but they also help keep the vehicle planted at speeds above 200 mph.

If you consider the cost, the cabin is quite bare. They are lacking in cutting-edge displays and gimmicks. Instead of traditional analog gauges, four stacked digital dials in the center of the dashboard show climate control settings or driving statistics like maximum power output and g-forces.

Underneath, there is a little gear changer. The stereo and instrument cluster controls are located on the steering wheel’s flat bottom. Also, the start button and the various driving modes may be found here. Unlike most hypercars, this one is not pleading with me to hit the gas and go hyper. Instead, it does not mind moving at the same pace as the traffic, whether 20 or 55 miles per hour.

Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, 355/25ZR21 in the back and 285/30ZR20 up front, get a seemingly infinite power supply. Despite weighing almost 4,400 pounds, the Chiron Super Sport’s powerful W-16 below the cockpit sends torque to all four wheels.

According to Bugatti, the top speed of the Super Sport is 249 miles per hour, and it can accelerate from 0 to 62 miles per hour in 2.4 seconds, 124 miles per hour in 5.8 seconds, and 186 miles per hour in 12.1 seconds. It can reach speeds of up to 273 miles per hour. If you’re willing to spend a minimum of $3.825,000 on a vehicle, you aren’t concerned about petrol costs. The total cost of a 2022 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport is $4,301,450.
