The name Lamborghini does not require any introduction. It’s a luxury car manufacturing brand founded by an Italian automobile manufacturing magnate, Ferruccio Lamborghini, in 1963. He had a primary goal to create a line of grand touring cars that offered top-of-the-line details, similar to sports cars or racing cars. Lamborghini’s futuristic appearances set it apart regardless of its manufacturing year. It’s a fantastic vehicle for car collectors & car lovers. Though, without wasting more time, let’s check the list of the top ten most expensive Lamborghinis.
You will find some of the craziest-looking sports cars in the top ten most expensive Lamborghinis. Check now:
One of the most expensive Lamborghini ever sold, Mansory Carbonado Apertos, at a whopping price of $1.6 million. This vehicle has a slightly futuristic look, and although it looks like a fast and competent machine, something about it is extraordinarily sophisticated.
Unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show for enthusiasts and collectors, Mansory Carbonado GT is another variant in Lambo’s Mansory Carbonado series. Dubbed as a bull made of carbon by the Mansory team, carbon fiber coated the GT from head to toe. Also, this model includes modified bumpers, revised side skirts, & extended fenders. The interior is as expected for a $ 2 million super sports car. It features two-tone premium leather upholstery combined with carbon-fiber trim elements giving the Lamborghini a refined sporty feel.
With the Pregunta, Lamborghini wanted to develop a vehicle that looked new, original as well as impossible to confuse with any other. They unveiled the concept in 1998 at the Paris Auto Show and presented it again in 1999 at the Geneva Motor Show. Pregunta was limited to only one unit, and you can imagine that the chance to drive one is rare.
Lamborghini Reventon unveiled the roadster version at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show; the car has the Murcielago LP 670–4SV engine power. With an output of 661hp (horsepower) and 487 lb-ft of torque, it sends the roadster from 0-62mph in 3.4 seconds to a top speed of 205mph.
It became a bigger hit than the coupe version, and a short production run of 15 vehicles made it a highly sought-after brand. Although the MSRP was $1.25 Million initially, high demand for the scarce showstopper drove the actual price to $2.2 Million.
The Sesto Elemento Concept, Lamborghini’s other most expensive model, comes at a $2.8 million selling price. This car appeared at the Paris Auto Show in 2001 and has a 570hp or horsepower V10 engine with a top speed of 185mph. This model is the car that dreams are made of, and it features carbon fiber materials in its construction.
In 2012, the Geneva Motor Show showcased this incredible and limited-edition Aventador. The concept car has no windows or roof but comes equipped with a 6.5L V12 engine, 700hp (horsepower), and a single-clutch transmission. It also consists of a massive diffuser on the front and back, 20-inch wheels on the show, and 21-inch wheels on the back equipped with carbon fiber fans; hence, the brakes don’t overheat.
The fastest production car debuted by Lamborghini’s flagship model, Miura Concept, was presented to guests at the Paley Centre for Media in 2006.
At $3.9 million, the Egoista Concept became the world’s most expensive Lamborghinis. Manufactured in 2013, Walter de Silva designed this car. Egoista Concept is a Hatch-top coupe with all-wheel drive and mid-engine, and it has canopy doors, a one-seat cockpit, and a 5.2L V10 engine.
In 2014, Lambo built another master creation, the Lamborghini Veneno. The model came as a limited edition for 2014. It contains a super-efficient engine as well as an extremely light body. With 750 horsepower, it has a speed of 350kmph or 217mph.
Lamborghini unveiled one of the most expensive cars in the world, the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster, in 2013. This limited-edition hypercar is designed like a race car but with road-legal parts. Consisting of a mid-mounted 6.5-liter aspirated V12 engine with 750 hp or horsepower, it can reach a top speed of 221mph or 355Kmh, from 0 to 60mph in just 2.9 seconds.
Recorded as the fastest Lamborghini car ever made, Lamborghini Veneno has a top speed of 356Kmph or 221mph. Therefore, this car could go from 0-60 in 2.9 seconds.
Starting at $501,953 in 2022, it reaches up to $4.8 Million.
Lamborghini doesn’t often make four-seater cars, but they go with ridiculously awesome designs. Fitting four people in Lamborghini Gallardo or a Murcielago requires a little bit of creativity. This Raging Bull supercar brand rarely manufactures a car that can seat four or more, but it has happened.
Lamborghini Veneno Roadster costs $8.3 million.
