Enzo enthusiasts get your paddles ready, a once-in-a-lifetime car is going up for auction. The only white Ferrari Enzo made is hitting the auction block, and you’ll have to work for it.

Sotheby’s Holds the Keys to a Dream

To get your hands on the only white Ferrari Enzo, you’ll need to go through Sotheby’s. The luxury auction house is holding a 24-hour-only auction without a reserve for the coveted car, and it all happens June 29. 

Newsweek writes, “Chassis 133023 is one of fewer than 20 ‘Extrampaionario’ cars that was finished in a non-standard color. Its Bianco Avus exterior paint color is the only example of that cohort and the full production run of the Enzo.

A Nero leather interior complements the paint. Rossi Corsa instruments and extra-large carbon fiber bucket seats come complete with 3D black cloth inserts.”

Where Has it Been Hiding?

This spectacular car rolled off the floor in 2003, so where has it been hiding for nearly 20 years?

A very private and mysterious German-Swiss billionaire bought it shortly after production, and then sent to Hong Kong in 2011 and it was never registered for road use – so it’s basically brand-spanking new. The car has fewer than 6,000 miles, and it’s ready for an enthusiastic owner. 

The Enzo was created 15 years after the death of the company’s founder and its namesake, Enzo Ferrari, and boasts the first of a new line of purring V-12s, as well as a carbon fibre body, an F1-style automated-shift manual transmission, 15-inch Brembo ceramic disc brakes and active aerodynamics – making it a sleek and sexy ride. 

Like many rare cars, the white Enzo has been long treated as a borderline mythological score for the car fancier, but now it can become a reality for the right buyer – but be on your game, because 24 hours isn’t a long auction for a once-in-a-lifetime buy.
